National Institutes of Health – Bankers Business Mangement Serivces, Inc. (BBMS) operates one of the largest mail/messenger efforts on behalf of the Federal Government in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Our team furnishes over (35) full-time mail and courier personnel for the NIH Mail and Courier Service. BBMS currently processes  over eight (8) million pieces of mail annually on this contract, with a daily average of more than 30,000 pieces.

Department of the Navy, Central Adjudication Facility (DONCAF) – BBMS operates the Department of Navy Central Adjudication Facility (DONCAF), where we provide on-site administrative support for the Adjudication Support Branch (ASB). The major components within the ASB are the DONCAF mailroom; Case Assignment section; and Adjudicative Central Files (ACF). Fourteen (14) FTEs operate a large-scale mailroom, ensuring mail is accurately coded and assigned into the DONCAF internal database.

Department of the Navy, Postal Operations Support Services – BBMS supports the receipt, manual and computerized sorting, processing, automated postage metering, distribution, and delivery of U.S. Mail, inter-agency mail, and messenger mail for the Department of the Navy in the National Capital Region.

Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) – BBMS provides comprehensive mail and messenger services to NUWCDIVNPT. This contract includes the management and operations of the Division's mailroom, mail pickup, delivery, and other messenger services on the NUWC campus and to/from other points in the Newport Naval Station neighborhood. Services include the handling of routine, business sensitive and classified material, as well as a limited amount of North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) documentation.

Social Security Administration (SSA) - BBMS operates a full scale mail facility at the Social Security Administration Headquarters in Baltimore, Maryland and provides twenty six (26) FTEs in support of the contract.  Adminstrative support functions that BBMS provides include: operation of the customer service desk, the mail examining unit and the maintenance of bulletin boards.

Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO)- BBMS operates a consolidated mailroom facility and provides administrative support  for NAVOCEANO at Stennis Space Center, Mississippi. This project transmits all incoming and outgoing classified and unclassified documents, maintains official files, and operates the Material Control Center.

AARP – AARP is one of the most visible and influential associations, with more than 36 million members, and considerable political and economic clout. Since 1994, BBMS has provided AARP’s Washington, DC headquarters with on-demand delivery services and bulk mail delivery to and from area U.S. Postal Service facilities.

Washington Headquarter Services (WHS)- BBMS provides scheduled and unscheduled courier services for this Department of Defense supporting offices at the Pentagon and throughout the Washington Metropolitan Area.

Eagle Bank- BBMS provides scheduled and ad-hoc courier services for the many branches of Eagle Bank and its headquarters operations center.

Lee Development Group – At the center of the newly revitalized downtown Silver Spring area is the the Lee Building, managed by Silver Spring developer Lee Development Group. Since 1997, Bankers Business Management Services, Inc.,(BBMS) has managed the Lee Building parking lot, which serves some 500 monthly and daily customers.

Discovery Communications – Discovery Communications utilizes Bankers Business Management Services, Inc.,(BBMS) to provide shuttle services throughout their locations in the Washington D.C. region.

ROYCO, Inc. – Fast-growing Silver Spring, Maryland, a close-in Washington, DC suburb, has attracted new businesses and development in recent years. But with development also comes the need for additional security. Real estate company ROYCO, Inc. turned to BBMS for unarmed security services for its downtown Silver Spring, Maryland offices.
